Overview
Working Principle
Based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. Conductive fluid flowing through a magnetic field generates an electromotive force proportional to velocity. The meter measures voltage across electrodes and calculates volume flow using pipe diameter. AC field technology eliminates polarization for long-term stability.
Construction
Sensor with 316L stainless steel body, food-grade PTFE/PFA liner, surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm. Electrodes in Hastelloy or titanium. Converter supports HART, Modbus, low power consumption.
