A municipal water supply company replaced 12 sets of mechanical water meters on DN1200 main pipelines with SIENCUN LDE series electromagnetic flowmeters. The original mechanical meters suffered from wear and debris, causing ±5% measurement errors, high non-revenue water (NRW) ratio, and frequent billing disputes. The new meters, based on Faraday's law, have no moving parts and achieve accuracy better than 0.5%. Hot-tap installation minimized service interruption. After retrofit, measurement error reduced to ±0.3%, NRW ratio dropped by 4.2 percentage points, saving approximately 1.2 million tons of water annually, and trade settlement disputes were resolved.

Provided 80 sets of DN50-DN200 LUGB vortex flowmeters with temperature and pressure compensation for steam trade metering in a petrochemical park, achieving ±1.0% accuracy, meeting trade settlement requirements, and reducing steam loss disputes.

This project addresses the measurement of strongly corrosive liquid containing fluoride ions in a chemical plant. 15 sets of SIENCUN LDE-PFA PFA-lined electromagnetic flowmeters were adopted.
