Overview

Working Principle
The TDS-100P insertion ultrasonic flowmeter operates on the transit-time principle, measuring the time difference between ultrasonic signals traveling upstream and downstream to calculate flow velocity. The sensor is inserted into the pipe, directly contacting the fluid, eliminating wall attenuation and fouling effects, especially suitable for large-diameter pipes (DN200~DN4000). Built-in temperature compensation ensures stability across different water temperatures.

Structure Design
Adopting insertion structure, consisting of sensor, mounting base, and transmitter. The sensor is made of stainless steel, resistant to wear and corrosion; the mounting base uses a ball valve design for hot-tap installation and removal without stopping flow. The transmitter is available in wall-mounted and remote versions, with IP65 protection for harsh environments. Supports 4-20mA, pulse, RS485 outputs, compatible with PLC and DCS systems.
