LBL Digital Display Target Flow Meter

LBL Digital Display Target Flow Meter
The digital display target flow meter uses a capacitive force sensor, has no moving parts, and features an insertion structure. It can measure gas and liquid flow at normal temperature, high temperature (500°C), and low temperature (-200°C) conditions, with anti-interference and anti-impurity capabilities, and accuracy up to 0.2%.
- Robust structure with no moving parts, insertion type for easy disassembly
- Sensor does not contact the medium, no wear, safe and reliable, pressure resistance up to 42MPa
- Can measure gas and liquid flow at normal temperature, high temperature 500°C, low temperature -200°C
- Accuracy up to 0.2%, repeatability 0.05%~0.08%
- Low pressure loss (about 1/2 of standard orifice plate), strong anti-interference and anti-impurity
- Dry weight calibration possible, integrated temperature and pressure compensation outputs mass or standard volume
Overview
Product Overview
The digital display target flow meter is a force-sensing target flow meter developed by combining new sensors with modern digital technology. It not only has the characteristics of no moving parts like target, orifice, and vortex flow meters, but also approaches the measurement accuracy of positive displacement flow meters. In addition, it features anti-interference, anti-impurity, lightness, and reliability, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, energy, food, environmental protection, water conservancy and other fields.
Structure and Principle
It mainly consists of a measuring tube (outer shell), a capacitive force sensor (including a resistive target plate), and an accumulation display and output part. When the medium flows through the target plate, a force proportional to the square of the flow velocity is generated, which is transmitted through the measuring rod to the capacitive force sensor, outputting a voltage signal. With integrated temperature and pressure compensation, it can directly output mass flow or standard volume.
