Overview
Product Overview
The gas ultrasonic flow meter is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 18604-2014 "Measurement of Natural Gas Flow by Gas Ultrasonic Flow Meters" and other standards. It employs a digital time measurement algorithm combined with a large dynamic range automatic gain control system. It features high accuracy, high reliability, wide turndown ratio, no pressure loss, high pressure resistance, and long service life. It is suitable for oil/gas field wellhead gas production, natural gas custody transfer, and gas detection and metering in industries such as energy and environmental protection.
Measurement Principle
Based on the multi-path transit-time method: the time difference between ultrasonic beams propagating downstream and upstream is proportional to the flow velocity. Integrated temperature and pressure acquisition enables temperature and pressure compensation, and supports AGA8-92DC, SGERG-88 compressibility factor calculation and actual/standard condition flow conversion.
