Product Overview
The gas turbine flow meter integrates fluid mechanics and electromagnetic theory, combining temperature, pressure, and flow sensors with an intelligent totalizer. It offers excellent low-pressure and high-pressure metering performance, multiple signal outputs, and low sensitivity to flow disturbances, widely used for metering natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas, hydrocarbon gas, etc. The product is manufactured and verified according to JJG 1037, GB/T 21391, and other standards.
Measurement Principle
The gas drives the turbine to rotate, and its rotational speed is proportional to the average flow velocity in the pipe. The detection coil senses pulse signals with the same frequency as the blade rotation. After totalization and automatic compensation combined with temperature and pressure measurements, the accumulated volume under standard conditions is displayed.
Structure and Performance
Using high-quality aluminum alloy turbine and imported dedicated bearings, the metering chamber is isolated from the gas passage. The core is integrated for durability and reliability.
